Come and join us for a light picnic by the river Erme cycling through the magnificent Erme Valley. We will cycle via cycle path to the top of Plympton avoiding the busy Plymouth road and Glen road. From there we will head to Ivybridge on the NCN 2 and join the main road through Ivybridge town centre climbing to Wrangaton. Participants must be confident cycling through busy traffic and roads as well as cycle lanes. This ride will aim to move at an average of 10mph (but mostly at a turtle pace up the hills)
We will continue to Ermington then stop for a light lunch/picnic on the banks of the river Erme, please bring your own refreshment.
This is a lovely but angulating route with a few hills thrown in the mix but as a reward a 5 mile down hill to Ermington will soon get you exhilarated.
We are a friendly bunch and never leave anyone behind so come and join us, looking forward to see you on the ride.
