Ride Leaders Celia Rishton and Val Bourne.

A flat, Scenic route from Denny Beck Lane to Heysham via Bolton-le-Sands. Suitable for hybrids and gravel bikes. We will be using canal tow path and disused railway track with a short ride across the bay with views to Grange Over Sands. We will have a comfort break and picnic stop at The Archers Cafe at Red Bank. We will then carry onto Morecambe cycling along the prom to Heysham where we will have another stop at a cafe for coffee, cake or ice cream! We will return to Denny Beck via Lancaster along a disused railway track and over The Millennium Bridge and by the side of the River Lune.

We will stop at Archers Cafe for refreshments and comfort break.

Helmets are compulsory, and please bring spare inner tube, tyre levers and a pump. Bringing your own picnic is optional.
