Heading north out of Preston we'll quickly get into quiet lanes and pass through Inglewhite. Halfway, we'll stop for a break at the cycle friendly cafe, Faith's. On the return we'll cross the A6 at Bilsborow and wind our way back through Woodplumpton. The route is a bit more challenging than earlier rides, but worth it!

North out of preston and heading towards Bleasdale. This is a little bit more challenging than my earlier rides, but it'll be worth it!

Lots of quiet contry lanes.
