Starting point

Lincolnshire
DN20 9RG

Starting off at Brigg Leisure centre so ample parking. Meet at 09.15 hours for a prompt 09.30 hours departure once we have ensured that our bikes are fit for purposes. Hopefully, some new roads to explore via Brigg, Scawby, Manton, Scotton, Laughton and ultimately Gainsborough. We will head "home" via the Trent Bank, Susworth, Scotter and then tackle the hill to Greetwell Crossroads. No doubt I will be the last up the hill so we will re-group at the top so I can catch my breath. We will finish off with flat run back to the leisure centre. This will be a steady ride out with the aim of encouraging new people to join in.

Route rating

0 stars (0) Reviews

A guided ride to a cheeky cafe adjacent to the River Trent. Hopefully we will be blown most of the way home.

Most of the route is on B roads and a handful of country lanes with the occasional bit of off roading but suitable for all types of bikes and standard road tyres.

We will be stopping at Reeds halfway round to refuel and catch up on the gossip.

Please ensure you have a helmet that fits, some pennies for the cafe and have all the kit and kaboodal to repair a puncture should the worse happen.

We especially welcome newbies!
