Starting from the Beefeater pub at Morton Park, we ride south through Hurworth, Neasham, Girsby, Hornby and through Appleton Wiske, then we’ll stopover at Whitegates Nursery in West Rounton, a lovely garden centre with a very popular cafe. Our return route brings us back through Kirklevington & Yarm, before riding via Aislaby and Middleton St George back to the Beefeater. This is a lovely ride on mostly country lanes into the south of the region, travelling into North Yorkshire for a little while.

This ride is classed as a CHALLENGING ride which is a little over 30 miles. The ride is undulating with some hill climbs. The ride is all on the road or cycleways – all bike types are suitable. It is suitable for riders who are comfortable sustaining around 10mph avg. and can continually cycle for around 2 hours at a time. Any stopover points are usually up to 1 hour. Bear in mind these times are a guide and the ride can take longer.
