Ride down the Mersey

We'll head out to Chorlton Water Park from Wythenshawe Park before heading down the banks of the River Mersey to Sale Water Park. We'll then return down the opposite side of the river and head back towards Wythenshawe Park.

There are some small speed bumps on the road down towards the River Mersey from Wythenshawe Park. The roads used tend to be quite quiet and the trails down by the river are traffic free but are well-used by other cyclists as well as walkers. The trails by the river are a bit bumpy so off-road tyres are recommended!
