Early morning ride out Northwood to Taplow Lake 46 mile road cycle with 1100ft of climbing and you will need a reasonable level of fitness for this ride
An all Road Rode out to Taplow We will be cycling initially through Ruislip, Ickenham Hillingdon, Cowley, Iver, through a lot of normal-traffic roads, some of them fairly busy as we head into.countryside to Taplow. We aim to keep at a steady pace with an average 10+!mph speed throughout the route. You need to be confident in traffic and able to keep up with the pace and the long distance, and for that reason this isn’t suitable for beginners. See photo re elevation
