Starting point

Lancashire
BL6 7SB

This route is suitable for cyclists who wish to stretch themselves by taking in the beautiful meandering hills around our local area.
Heading off from Rivington ( bottom barn) we head up and over Anglezarke through white Coppice and its surrounding villages before arriving in Chorley for a pit stop. The route is mapped on tarmac country lanes but does pass through a couple of main roads. Although this course is challenging, you don't have to be Chris Froome to participate. As long as you ca cycle at an average 12-14 mph (not up hill though!) you will be just fine.
As always, although not a requirement, it is sensible to wear a helmet, carry a spare inner tube, pump,a drink etc and of course, money for the tea room.
Please remember this is a RIDE SOCIAL and consideration to all riders is first and foremost.
