Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These training rides will help you build stamina to increase your distance from 30 to 35 miles non-stop over 3 monthly rides.

If you can comfortably ride 30-35 miles without stopping you are well on your way to riding a 100km (62 mile) ride.

These rides will not have a midway coffee stop and will stop at the end for refreshments and a chatter if anyone wants to. The aim is to keep going the whole distance and increasing distances each ride from 30 up to 35 miles.

We will be aiming to ride 30-35 miles at an average pace of 12-14mph but we ride at the pace of the slowest rider and wait at the top of hills so no one gets left behind.

Please remember to check your bike is in good working order, gears and brakes all working, and tyres pumped up.
