Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Meeting outside Woodys Cafe on the Apsley Lock Marina. Parking along Evans Wharf, Imperial Way or Dickenson Quay. Alternatively you can park on Great Elms Road and cycle over.

This series of speedy blasts around the lanes of Chipperfield/Flaunden/Belsize/Bovingdon villages will fulfil your need for speed and feeling the wind in your hair. We will ride on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from May to September. You need to be able to confidently ride at 11+mph average speed along rolling terrain with minimal stopping. We will regroup at the top of hills and stop at the end for refreshments at the Pub.

Please remember to check your bike is in good working order, gears and brakes all working, and tyres pumped up.
