Cycle ride around Warwickshire Route will be: Rugby ---> Long Lawford ---> Wolston ---> Frankton ---> Broadwell ---> Grandborough ---> Barby --- Rugby. Link to map here: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/275454325 Route will all be on road. I will be aiming for anywhere between an average of 10-13mph. The main purpose for me is for fitness. I ride a Hybrid, not a road bike. We can go a bit slower if need be - it's not a race! Please bring a pump and spare tubes. Please also wear a helmet. We set off at 10:00 promptly.
