The route is fairly flat as most is on the tow path, there may be some muddy puddles if it has been raining. Although this ride shows as challenging we will ride at a steady pace and will not leave anyone behind

The route will go along roads to Northolt where we will pick up the Grand Union canal tow path to Little Venice (near Paddington).

Suitable for hybrid or mountain bike

We shall stop for drinks/ snacks at Little Venice.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order , dress for the weather, bring water , a padlock ,some money and Oyster card. Would also recommend carrying a spare inner tube.
