From the start point it is only a few hundred yards to the canal towpath we are then traffic free until we leave the country park for a short section back to the towpath for the return trip. There are a couple of hills but nothing to be afraid of and we will leave nobody behind.

Mostly off road route using the canal tow path Nutbrook Trail & Shipley country park.

We are using traffic free tracks and trails where possible with only a couple of quiet road sections.

We will stop at the Nutbrook Cafe in Shipley CP for refreshments.

Please bring anything you require for your own comfort ie suitable clothing for the weather and basic tools to repair a puncture.
