Heading South from Long Buckby through a mixture of large and small villages to Salcey Forest for a stop. Route back is through Northampton Town and involves part National Route 6 - cycle paths and a short section of un-made track. Rideable with care on a road bike. Pace will be around 12mph. Slightly longer ride, so earlier start.
