Hilly road ride to Rivington and back over the Sheephouses Lane Climb

Route rating

0 stars (0) Reviews

Flattish 36 mile circular route on mostly quiet Cheshire Lanes.

Any bike will do but a road bike or hybrid with road tyres will be most suitable for the majority of the terrain.

Refreshment stops will be taken at a cafe or pub or quite possibly both. So be sure to bring some money with you and a drink for along the way.

Helmets are strongly recommend. Bikes must be in good working order and you must bring at least one spare inner tube that will fit your wheel and a puncture repair kit along with basic tools to carry out roadside repairs.
