It’s nearly Christmas! Come and join us for a blast on our bikes down to Manchester Children’s Hospital to deliver gifts to cheers up little ones stuck in hospital over the Christmas Period. Please bring a gift or donation (details below) and Christmas jumpers, Santa suits and other Festive fancy dress are actively encouraged! Let’s brighten up Manchester for an hour or two!

Roads will be a mix of traffic-free route and roads with cycle lanes. We will be setting off from the National Cycling Centre, hopping on the canal into the city centre where we will drop in for the unveiling of the Emmeline Pankhurst statue in St Peter’s Square and pick up some more people to join the ride. Santa and Suffragettes all in one ride! We will then head down Oxford Road to the Children’s hospital to deliver our gifts before returning back to the NCC.

It may be going dark on our way back so please bring your lights.

Please bring a gift or a £2 donation to buying sensory equipment for the children at the hospital. I have included a list of gift ideas in the conversation tab, they are often short of baby and teenager gifts but please just give what you can (please note that all toys must be new and have the CE trademark symbol).
