Come and join us on a brisk, but reasonably flat, ride round the countryside to get rid of some of those Christmas excesses. Depending on numbers, we may split into two groups so that there can be both a fast paced and a medium paced group on this ride.
Please remember your helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end as we always stop for a coffee and a chat.
