This Longer and Lively route will start in Over (venue to be confirmed) and we will cycle via Swavesey, Fen Drayton, Elsworth, Hilton, St Ives and then back on the busway to Over for a coffee and chat! We will ride around 11-13 miles an hour. Please remember your spare inner tube, cycle pump, water to drink on the ride, and helmet. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the ride so that we can go through the route and our safety checks. I will send out my contact details with any last minute instructions a few days before.
