Starting from Final Whistle cafe , riding on a mixture of canal towpath, country lanes and quiet roads. With a stop at Saswick House Farm , please bring money if you wish to make a purchase at the Cafe. Helmets are advisable, please dress for the weather. Bring a drink snack if required. Bring a spare tube ,tools to fix a puncture and bike pump (if you have them)
