Please bring with you cash/card plus mask for the cafe stop at Lowther Pavilion also if its looking like a warm day a drink for on your bike . All riders must wear a helmet and have the tools to do running roadside repairs ie punctures etc . on a FLAB ride we NEVER leave anyone behind so no need to worry this is a social ride at a social pace .
