- Come and join Roger for a steady paced ride, suitable for all riders able to cycle at approximately 10-12mph, 15 miles.
We meet at La Fregate Cafe ready to leave at 8:30am.
Please adhere to all Government Guidelines that may be applicable at this time.
Helmets are compulsory on our rides, bells are law! We also recommend you have glasses, gloves, drink, snack, spare inner tube, tyre levers/tools, pump/gas, rear mud guard in wet conditions, hi-vis clothing and any medication necessary for this activity. JE2 4ZT
