About the route
The route starts at Hednesford Park by the Pavillon and follows part of 'The Chase Heritage Trail' across Cannock Chase to Marquis Drive where we stop for refreshments (toilets are available).
The Chase Heritage Trail is a linear trail that links Birches Valley to the towns of Rugeley, Hednesford and Cannock, exploring the Chase’s history along the way. This is a multi-use trail and for the majority of the ride it is off road on fairly flat terrain. Suitable for hybrid or mountain bikes. Bikes and helmets are available to hire, please contact me if you require this.
