Starting point
MeCycle cafe opposite Ainsdale train station. Easiest car parking is on Sandringham Road by the station.
Around 23 miles circular route starting from MeCycle cafe in Ainsdale following the Cheshire lines path towards Maghull, through Netherton to Crosby Marina and back along the coast passing the Anthony Gormley statues, Hightown, Formby and finally through the pinewoods from Freshfield to Ainsdale.
