Starting point
MeCycle cafe opposite Ainsdale train station. Easiest car parking is on Sandringham Road by the station.
Around 23 miles circular route starting from MeCycle cafe in Ainsdale following the Cheshire lines path towards Maghull, along the canal path to Crosby Marina, with a stop for coffee, and back along the coast passing the Anthony Gormley statues, Hightown, Formby and finally through the pinewoods from Freshfield to Ainsdale. Relaxed steady ride: we go as slow as the slowest rider.
