A ride around the Oval estate and then venturing onto the adjacent roads to gain road confidence.
Traffic free warm up around the oval criket pitch and then onto local urban roads.
No set stops planned but we will go slowly and ensure everyone is comfortable with the speed.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a helmet.
