Short loop - Sunday 7th July

This Sunday a wee short 12 ish miler loop. From RIversidewalk, to sainsburys roundabout, turning towards yetholm, but then left at Proctorsmiddy, following along to the nice wheekie down from Gillies to the left turn for Hadden, returning, Kerchesters, Sprouston to Kelso, then if any would like a wee cuppa after, how about the Knowes Eatery.

Helmets must be worn, we ask you carry spare inner tube for your bike, and tools, appropriate clothing, its supposed to be summer but has been rather chilly out on bikes of late, so maybe a jacket tucked in bag/pocket.
