A slow ride, suitable for anyone with a bike. We'll go as slow as the slowest rider is comfortable with. A chance for new or less confident riders to get out in a group.
Fairly quiet roads to the Stables Coffee Shop for some of their excellent cake. Return trip largely on cycle paths.
Helmets recommended - but it's your head, your choice. No road bikes - lycra not necessary.
Any children must be accompanied.
