Social bike ride around paths and woodland in Redbridge. 80% of the ride will be off-road. We'll start of at Valentines Park (London Darbar entrance) before heading along Quiet Route 6 to Roding Valley Way. From there we'll cycle to Claybury Park via Woodford, then through Fairlop Waters before heading back to Valentines Park for lunch / coffee (optional). Everyone is welcome, including families with children. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
PACE: easy DISTANCE: moderate 18KM approx DIFFICULTY: moderate level of fitness required (we'll be cycling for 2 hours)
Your responsible for your own safety and we kindly request that other park users are respected and given right of way, especially dog-walkers. Helmet and spare inner tube is COMPULSORY.
