‘Escape to the Country’, a Social Ride hosted by Whitchurch Cycling Club Dianc i'r Wlad, Taith Gymdeithasol a gynhelir gan Glwb Seiclo'r Eglwys Newydd

We are taking to the road!!!

Following the decision to escape the Taff Trail, we are going to head out to the Vale. It’ll be an out and back ride of two halves. The first half will be to head east to escape the suburbs, and the second half will be through the lanes of the Vale. As our series progresses, we’ll start to introduce some rolling hills, but there’s plenty of time before then!!!

Please note that helmets are compulsory. I recommend that you pump your tyres to just under the recommended max pressure and please bring a spare tube because at the furthest point, it’s a long walk home!!

Yn dilyn y penderfyniad i ddianc Llwybr Taf, byddwn yn mynd allan i'r Fro. Bydd yn daith yn allan ac yn ôl o ddwy hanner. Y hanner cyntaf fydd mynd i'r gorllewyn i ddianc o'r maestrefi, a bydd yr ail hanner trwy lonydd y Fro. Wrth i'n cyfres ddatblygu, byddwn yn dechrau cyflwyno rhai bryniau, ond mae yna ddigon o amser cyn hynny!

Sylwch fod helmedau yn orfodol. Rwy'n argymell eich bod yn pwmpio'ch teiars i dan y pwysau uchaf a argymhellir a dewch â thiwb sbâr oherwydd ar y pwynt pellter, mae'n daith hir adre!
