This ride is one of a 5-part Ride Series exploring Southampton on a Sunday morning. All rides start from Outside the Cowherds pub on the Common - look for me in a Red Breeze top. Free parking is available on Cemetery Road and Hill Lane at weekends.

Sunday Mornings are the perfect time to go exploring the city when the city is nice and quiet of people and cars. I cycle through the city a lot and wanted to share some these routes which really useful to know. We will explore 5 different routes through September covering various areas of central Southampton including St Marys, Shirley and Lordswood. Each route will take approx 60-90minutes not including a stop at Mettricks Guildhall Square for a drink or breakfast! The routes are a mix of cycle paths and roads, which be quieter being a Sunday morning ride.

Dress for the weather, and don't forget bring a spare inner tube, drink and money for our refreshment stop. Mettricks do have a breakfast menu! Any questions, just ask Breeze Leader Jenny.
