The route explores the traffic free cycle path along Southamptons beach, Weston Shore. There are great views over Southampton water and the famous port where Titanic set sail. Legend has it that King Canute held back the waves on this shore. Other sights of interest include the pirate ship play area, Art Deco beach shelters and residents’ 'Memory' boulders.
