Starting point

Buckinghamshire
SL2 3TB

Following on from our beginners road ride series, this ride takes us a little further, riding on faster roads and with some descents to navigate.

You'll still be in safe hands and will start to use the hand signals you were taught on the beginners ride and perfect your group riding skills.

New to road cycling or returning to cycling after a period out of the saddle? Why not come and join us for a gentle and friendly beginners road ride in the lovely Buckinghamshire countryside.
Meeting at Burnham Beeches cafe, Lord Mayors Drive SL2 3TB, we'll start with a safety briefing so that you are comfortable and know what to expect before we head off towards Cookham, a lovely long straight to Maidenhead Bridge then swinging around to Taplow, a loop towards Dorney Lake then back to the Beeches for coffee and a debrief.

No-one will get left behind.

Please ensure that your cycle is roadworthy, you are wearing a cycle helmet and have water with you. Some cash for a drink and snack is optional. There is a £3 car park charge otherwise park outside the Beeches and cycle into the centre. We look forward to seeing you.
