Heading out with Chris, down Oxhey Lane, Hatch End, North Harrow, through Rayners Lane, on to Greenford where we pick up the Grand Union Canal towpath (hard surfaced) for the remainder of the journey, which runs about 1/4 of a mile from the cafe, which is situated on the North Circular Road at Stonebridge Park, probably returning the same way, but decide on the day.
This is a Medium Pace ride, average speed 9 to 11 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group.
If you are not a SPOKES Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join Spokes after a maximum 3 rides.
