Ride with David out via Moor Park and Harefield to the Aquadrome (coffee @ The Cafe In The Park) return on the Ebury Way. 164 metres' ascent (Mixed Terrain so not good for skinny tyres).
David would encourage you to wear a cycle helmet when riding out with him.
