Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Specialized in Ruislip High Street at the front of the shop.

Spring is well and truly on its way, and with the first hint of warmth in the air, it’s time to get that bike out of the shed!

This is a confidence building ride for those who may not have ridden in a while. We will meet outside Specialized in Ruislip and head out on some of the quiet roads of Ruislip including some bike paths..This will be at a steady pace and will be approx 6-8 miles, it is particulary suited to those who want get into cycling. The ride will take approx. 1 hour.

We will finish at Kings College cafe for those who would like to stay and end with a sociable cup of tea/coffee.

All bikes welcome. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather (no lycra required!).

Please check your bike beforehand, including pumping the tyres and checking the brakes.

Don't forget helmets, water, money for tea/coffee.Please don't worry about pace- this will be adapted to the group- we will wait for everyone!

I have graded this ride level 1 (see below) This is part of a ride series- you do not have to come to all of these ride, but you are welcome to choose which suit you.

Level 1- beginners/confidence building rides (6-8 miles)- ALL bikes welcome
Level 2- suited to those who are fairly confident on the road, perhaps haven't been out for a while and are looking for a sociable easy/steady pace ride. (8-15 miles) All bikes welcome.
Level 3- confident cyclist- suited to those who have been on Breeze ride previously (15-30 miles) easy pace- All bikes
Level 4 -confident/ experienced cyclists- Road bikes only (30-40miles), staedy pace suited to the group.
