This is the 100km group ride, leaving christchurch park heads out towards helmingham before swithing back towards gosbeck then Coddenham, Needham mrkt,Suffolk Waterpark, Copdock, Wenham, Bentley Holbrook, and Shotley and the dreaded kicker before heading back to Ipswich dropping down under the orwell bridge to finish the ride with a well deserved glass of something refreshing
