Helmets are compulsary on this ride and participants will need to bring a drink, 2x innertubes, tyre levers and a pump, the ride will run to the pace of the slowest rider so that no-one is left behind, this ride is perfect for new members wanting to start riding with the group and build their confidence and road riding skills, before taking on the challange of a full group ride:-)
