This is an undulating ride on mainly country lanes. Average speed will be at 10-12 mph. There will be no stop on the ride but a cafe visit at the end.

Please remember to bring. A face mask, hand sanitiser and your NHS Covid-19 app for track at trace at the cafe. Please also remember your bike, a helmet, a pump, your own tools, any medication you may need and a payment card for the cafe afterwards.

Please arrive in good time to be ready to depart at 10.15am.
