For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of the route mileage, your able to maintain average speed 10 mph for entire ride. Do not pass leader unless you know the road ahead, watch you don't cross wheels or follow to close, especially downhill sections. please repeat any warnings given (bollards etc ) shout STOPPING if you have to stop suddenly. Bring: helmet, tools, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy
