StoneyFields and Edgwarebury Park

Tucked away in a corner is a delightful small residential park Stoneyfields in the London Borough of Barnet joined by tunnel under M1/A41 and A1 linking up other residential areas next to railway bridge. We will be going through Canons Park so if anyone wishes to join for a shorter ride, please feel free to do so but message me in advance. We will then go towards another scenic Edgwarebury Park which is off A41 before returning to Hatch End.
You need to be fairly confident on roads although this is not a long ride we will be mostly on quiet roads with some busy sections. This is a steady ride and we will cross on foot on busy junctions if it is not safe to do so by bike.
Our coffee stop will be at Edgwarebury Park. Please bring both cash/card as some cafes do not accept one or the other.

Do not come if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are in a home with anyone who has. Bring a face mask for the train. Please ensure your bike is in tip-top working order as I cannot touch it. Pump up the tyres, check the brakes and ensure the wheels turn freely. Road bikes with thin tyres are not suitable
