Before booking your place please read all the information including the IMPORTANT section below.

A nice evening Sully loop, starting outside the big Atradius building between the Senedd and the Norwegian Church. We will start off by crossing the barrage and taking the wiggly path up to Penarth. After going down to the pier and back up the other side, we will join the old railway path for a traffic free section down to Cosmeston, then with a short section on/next to the main road, take the lane down to Swanbridge and the Captain's Wife. From there we head back through the pretty and undulating Sully Road, and back towards the Pont y Werin Bridge, heading back across the barrage to the start point.

Half on roads, half on cycle paths. A few hills and country lanes, ideal if you want to try out a few hills on a shorter route.

Remember to bring a drink, a snack if you think you'll need one, a spare inner tube and tools if possible. Please check your bike over before coming, checking brakes and tyre pressures, and always wear a helmet! Please also bring lights as sunset will be around 7.30pm!
