from riverside walk carpark, will ride up the cycle way on the bypass to sainsburys turning, turn towards yetholm but then take first right at lloyds tractors, slight climb to the right turn for bowmont forest follow this road along, careful on the down to the crossroads, as often gravel in places and rough ground. go straight over and through Eckford, at the main junction onto the crailing straights left turn and head along to the right turn sign posted harestanes, turn right and follow the road along, over the bridge, roads bears round to the right and along to Harestanes on the left. return along this road but turn left for Nisbet and follow anlong through roxburgh, take the road above the village, and along to the main road, and right for back to Kelso. as and when you decide, try to ride together as a group, seperate when traffic/raod requires, junctions and tops of hills etc....

Helmets must be worn, monies fro refreshments, always good idea to have a drink on your bike, spare inner tube and relevant tools
