******Cancelled*** Sunday morning Llantwit for a coffee and cake. 16+mph avg

I'm afraid that this ride has been cancelled due to the weather, sorry folks.

The route will be quiet country roads through the villages of the vale to Llantwit for a coffe and cake stop at Cafe Velo or local pub and back. See the map below for an indication.

We're aiming for a decent pace on this ride, about 16mph average....... fuelled by coffee and cake!

Please note that helmets and lights are compulsory. I recommend that you pump your tyres to just under the recommended max pressure and please bring a spare tube because at the furthest point, it’s a long walk home!

Can I ask you all to check that you telephone numbers and telephone number of "In case of emergency" are updated please as well as the type of bike you ride?
