Sunlight Women's Easy Rider!

Starting from - The fortnightly Easy Rider's are between 20-30 miles in the Wirral (dipping into Cheshire) at around 13-14mph.
We meet at Nets Café at about 9am for a cuppa and a chat before leaving at 9.30am. You do not have to be a club member to join us.
These rides are for women who are already riding regularly but want to improve their speed and distance with the aim of riding on the longer, faster Women's rides, or maybe if you want to join a club and need to feel confident you are fit enough. Sometimes even for the fittest it's just good to do a nice social ride with a group of girls! For all rides please make sure you fit the minimum fitness requirements and are riding a road bike (drop handlebars) with clipped in pedals.
