The route starts on the purpose built Tameside Cycle Circuit, heading through the delights of Daisy Nook Country Park to the Park Bridge Heritage Centre and then returning via a long swooping descent following an old railway line back to Ashton.  If you still have the legs at the end of this great ride then why not try a few laps on the cycle circuit?
