TFCC - Cranford Park Butterfly Walk - Approx 20 Miles

TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club will be riding to Cranford Patk, via the Grand Union Canal to meet up with Butterfly Expert Wendy for a guided walk around Cranford Park searching for the Butterflies of Cranford Park.

The timings are as follows

10am - West Drayton Station
11am - Cranford Park Butterfly Walk
12:30 - Tea and Biscuits at St. Dunstan Church
13:00 - Head back stopping at a pub for lunch/refreshments
14:00 - Back at West Drayton

This will be an easy flat route, suitable for all levels of cycling.

We will use the network of canal towpaths, cycle lanes and woodland paths to keep us as off road as possible

We are stopping 5 miles into the ride for the Butterfly Walk Event organised by the Friends of Cranford Park, there is usually an opportunity for Tea and Biscuits after the walk, and we will probably stop off at pub for a spot of lunch on the way back too.

Please bring with you spare inner tubes, puncture repair kit, a suitable bike for riding on off road terrain, sense of humour and adventure.

First-timers welcome!
