TFCC - Grand Union & Regents Canals to Stratford - Approx 30, 40 or 60 Mile Options

FCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club Information

- Rides are always circular
- We ride at the pace of the slowest rider
- Off Road tyres are best, especially in winter
- We stop at the top of every hill
- We always have a lunch/snack stop
- We are not suited for road bikes/tyres

This ride is from West London to East London with the following options West to East one way - 30 Miles (Train Back) West to East to Paddington - 40 Miles (Train Back from Paddington) West to East to West - 60 Miles (Bike all the way there and back)

We will stop at the 17 miles in at Cafe Boat at Little Venice and then a longer stop at the Olympic Park / Stratford Westfield for a proper lunch .

Please bring with you an oyster card, lights, cash, sense of adventure and a sense of humour and a bike.
