TFCC - Stratford and the Olympic Park (New Route Approx 30 Miles Ea Way)

This route will mainly involve the Grand Union Canal to Paddington, and then picking up the Regents Canal to Limehouse, and finally the Thames Path to Stratford. Approx 30 Miles each way but with an option to get the train back from Paddington for the last 20 miles.

The route will be traffic free using the Canal Tow Paths of the Grand Union Canal, some sections are great others hmm well put it like this you don't want to be on a road bike.

There will plenty of opportunities to stop along the way, with the little venice Barge Tea Room just before we join the Regents Canal, or we could stop and have a nosey around Regents Park, and of course there will be chance to refuel at Stratford with a plethora of eateries.

Please bring with you a road worthy Hybrid or Mountain Bike, a bit of cash, drinks, sun protection, sense of humour and adventure.
