Burnley

Starting in the parkland of the historic Townley Hall, Burnley, this is a truly challenging ride with a number of exacting climbs of varying lengths. The views on a good day are truly breath taking, including views towards the Cheshire plains when riding along Long Causeway as you pass the wind turbines; the valleys of the industrial revolution, Todmorden and Hebden Bridge; views over towards the 3 Peaks as you ride over Widdop and finally the extensive views over Burnley and Accrington as you descend Halifax Road on the homeward journey.
