Starting off in Burringham, we head south along the Trent Bank to Wildsworth where we head towards Laughton and then around the back of Blyton and tackle a hill. From there we can freewheel down to Blyton ice-cream for our pit-stop and then a steady ride back through Laughton Woods to where we started.

A gentle ride to Blyton ice-cream but you've got to earn your rewards by tackling a hill! Ideally this ride is aimed at the rides who have recently completed the "couch to 25" series or if you just like eating ice-cream!

We will be stopping at Blyton ice-cream.

Please wear a helmet and bring cash for the pit stop.
